Khaptad National Park

Khaptad is one of the Nepal's national park, receiving its designation only in 1985 AD. It consists of 225 sq. km of forest and grassland, and located on a plateau where the districts of Bhajhang, Bajura, Doti and Achham meet.

Suklaphanta Wildlife Reserve

Shuklaphanta located in the tremendous southwest of the terai in Kanchanpur district. It is also an international border between Nepal and India. The preserve possesses the largest grassland Phantas in Nepal.

Birds in  Koshi TappuThe Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve was established in 1976 under the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 2029 (1973).Koshi Tappu Wildlife Camp, the very first luxury camp, situated just at the outskirt of Koshi Tappu wildlife reserve, in the eastern part of the country, is truly a natural haven on earth.

ChitwanThe Chitwan National Park was established in 1973. Chitwan National Park present a great wildlife experience with its rich flora and fauna. The monsoon season (July-August) is intense, with pounding rain, swollen rivers, and luxuriant vegetation.

Yala Sambat 5020

Margh 1st – new year colebration of Kirati, Prayer of earth and nature, celebrate new year with the rember of their ancient king “Yalambar” . So, the title is called “Yala”.Yala called Yalamber.

In this day people boiled "Tarul (Root food)". According to the Bairage Kaila, Kirati used to take 43 types of species of root food. Among the cost of Kirati, Rai, Limbhu,, Sunuwar and Yakha had plays vital role to take legamate of their sambat. Rai says Yale Dong, Limbhu says Tanngbay and Sunuwar says Thochew for their new year.
